What do you want to be when you grow
up? It’s a question we’ve all been asked at some point. If you live in
Indonesia, the answer could well be “an entrepreneur”, according to a recent
survey.
More than one-third of the country’s
young people, between the ages of 15 and 35, want to work for themselves. This
may seem unsurprising in light of its recent string of booming tech unicorns –
start-ups that have reached $1 billion valuation – that inspire the country’s
youth.
